“I believe that size, in some ways, is the enemy of creativity.”

Knowing that is a great start. But, it is only a start. Because when you’re already in a huge organization, your first inclination is to find ways to rationalize why creativity isn’t so important. Because the alternative (i.e. retooling your buggy whip plant to become an automobile factory) promises to be pretty damned painful.
